What's Included
Your 5 monthly tickets can be used for:
- Content updates (text, images, contact info)
- Design tweaks and layout changes
- Adding new sections or pages
- Functionality changes or improvements
Always Free (no ticket needed):
Bug fixes, security updates, and website hosting are included at no extra charge and don't count toward your monthly tickets.
Ticket Reset: Your 5 tickets refresh on the 1st of each month. Unused tickets don't roll over, so use them when you need them!

Going Live (Moving from Squarespace)
Your new website is built and ready to go! Here's what happens next:
Since you own your domain name (through GoDaddy), we need to point it to your new website. Think of it like changing your mailing address—your domain name stays the same, it just directs visitors to your new site instead of the old Squarespace one.
Option A: We Handle It (Recommended)
Share your GoDaddy login with us and we'll take care of everything. Quick and hassle-free.
Option B: Do It Yourself
If you prefer, we'll send you simple step-by-step instructions to make the change yourself in GoDaddy.
Good to know:
The switch takes 24-48 hours to fully complete. During this time, your old Squarespace site stays live, so there's no downtime for your visitors.

How to Submit Support Requests
When you need a change made to your website:
- Go to the Support tab in this admin panel
- Fill out the support ticket form with what you need
- Include clear details — the more specific, the faster we can help
- Submit and we'll get to work!
Response Time: We typically respond within 24-48 hours. Most requests are completed within a few business days.
Tips for great tickets:
Include the page name, what you want changed, and any specific wording or images you'd like us to use. Screenshots are always helpful!

- Contract renewal: After your initial 12 months, your plan automatically continues month-to-month at the same rate
- Cancellation: If you ever need to cancel, just give us 30 days notice
