Robin is very patient during the communication stage, she replied emails quickly and answered all my questions. Jim is very very professional. It took about 3 hours for all the installation and clean up. Also, Jim helped me removed all the blinds and put them back. He was very considerate to vacuum around the window and on the carpet after the work is done. In short, I highly recommend this company.”
